Yes! So today I am working on my goals
One of them is running.
When I started at the SFM I had this idea that I would be behind my computer at home relaxing absorbing all kinds of stuff about Internet marketing and getting spoon-fed all this great stuff.
is it’s much more than that.
Its working on yourself, your habits. What you want to accomplish in life.
Get Into Action!
And part of accomplishing things is getting out of your comfort zone and getting yourself into action. Today my motivation is to get a cup of coffee but the difference being that it’s not behind me in my kitchen but the cup of coffee is 7 km away. So that is my goal and my motivational tool
My motivational tool is there waiting for me at the end of my running goal.
